In another blog post, I had talked about the American Express Christmas Wonderland 2021 at Raffles City – where the ever popular claw machine and complimentary gift wrapping services are available.

For Christmas 2021 American Express Platinum Charge Card and Platinum Reserve cardholders get discounted rates, when ordering Christmas Feasts at a number of reputable places.

I highly recommend the Platinum Charge card – its benefits are among some of the best that I’ve seen in a credit card.

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Known for their Pannetonnes (with an airy but buttery crumb), locally-inspired Bryani Turkey, and Beef Wellington with Mushroom Duxelle, the Fullerton Hotel’s Christmas takeaway menu is among the more unique ones I’ve seen.

The St. Regis Singapore

I love the fare at St. Regis Singapore, and their Festive Dining takeaway menu does live up to its reputation. Think Whole Roasted Turkey, Smoked Salmon infused with The St. Regis Tea Blend, as well as Foie Gras Terrine and the signature Honey-glazed Gammon Ham. 

And who can resist the desserts? A real highlight is the St. Regis Logcake – a rich chocolate sponge layered with chestnut bavaroise, vanilla and chestnut cremeux and a dulcey pailette feuilletine base.
